In this paper of The Master thesis are analyzed the ethical problems of government officials and the practical situation of solving these problems in the self-governance public organizations in Kelme district.The first part of the thesis is designed to analyze the theoretical aspects- there are provided possible definitions of the branch of science, pointed its principles and functions, discussed the legal regulation of ethical problems and etc. The major attention is given to the ethical problems in the context of civil service – there are analyzed the materials about the legal regulation of ethical problems in the civil service in Lithuania from different sources (scientific publications, the Laws of the Republic of Lithuania, Government Decrees, legal acts, etc.), over looked the strong and week sides of the ethical codes in the public sector. |
