In theoretical part of master’s work there are analyzed the documents of structural support, the laws and other acts, which regulate the distribution of EU funds in the European Union. The possibilities, given by structural funds, are presented in order to lessen the difference in economical and social development. The author’s stated speculation in scientific research has proved that social processes cannot be separated from economical changes, because they influence each other. Membership in EU forces Lithuania essentially but not formally to comprehend the man’s main role in economics as well as human recourses and social policy. Having analyzed the benefits of support from EU structural funds in the enterprise S/C “Zemaitjos pienas”, it was defined that the employees’ qualification , the level of their skills and knowledge have risen, also the employees’ ability to adapt to market changes has increased. The updating of industrial lines has given great benefit on purpose to secure the requirements of environment, the quality of the production, to reduce the expenditure of production. |
