The possibilities of effective educational activity in sports organisation while educating sportsmen are analysed in the master‘s of science qualification paper. As the significance of sports insreases in everyday life, the sports organisations, which take part in sports atctivities, take more obligations that is why they need more funstional indicators. One of the main functions is the significance of sports education because the majority of sports organisations are occupied with the education of sportsmen. In the research work it has been tried to substantiate the hypothesis that the effectiveness of coatching rowers depends on the well-being of the educational organisation – Lithuanian Rowing Federation – its inner reserves, guidance, strategy, communication and the ability to change. After having studied the possibilities in the activity of Lithuanian Rowing Federation an the results of educating the rowers. To achieve the purpose, there has been analysed theoretical, scientific literature connected with sports education, the activity of sports organisations, the organisation of eucating sportsmen in Lithuanian Rowin Federation and the opinion of coatches and the administration of Lithuanian Rowing Federation applying the form of questionnaire according to the model of basic evaluation. With the help of the research it is provet that educational activity in the organisation is rather slow; strong control policy of the Federation is not being formed; the activity is not orientated towards open, communicative organisation which has to lower expenditures and pay attention to the effective educational changes. |
