This thesis analyzes the company \"Dela\" wage system. According to the scientific methodological literature on wage analysis of the definitions set out the factors affecting the wage, basic wage models, systems, and forms of assessment of wage differentiation causes. The work of JSC \"Dela\" salary analysis for 2006-2011. Discuss the basic wage differentiation leading to economic factors. The estimated wage differentiation reduction potential. The scientific research confirms the hypothesis that similar conditions in similar undertaking the work is paid work in different ways, so we can assume that there is an unreasonable wage differentiation, which should be improved.
