This Master's work is about the State Social Security concept of the social security system and the State Social Insurance Fund and the identification of the structure of the State Social Insurance Fund budget balance factors. In theoretical part of this work was analised literature of the State Social Insurance Fund budget balancing factors taken Lithuanian State Social Insurance Fund contributions and benefits in a dynamic and structural analysis of the 1994 - 2011 years. After the Lithuanian State Social Insurance Fund contributions and benefit analysis and identify key factors influencing the causes of the State Social Insurance Fund contributions and benefits. In the third part of this Master‘s work are presented the prospects of the State Social Insurance Fund budget balancing by 3 ways: optimistic, pesimistic and realistic. |
