Abstract [eng] The paper deals with theoretical analysis of children with cerebral palsy, their parents and specialists’ attitude towards complex special aid. Hypothesis: The attitude of parents and specialists of extraordinary education school towards the children with cerebral palsy and complex special aid is different. Parents’ feelings on complex special aid are negative. It is important to note that the interrogatory by filling the form is also under consideration with its purpose to investigate parents and specialists’ attitude towards the children with cerebral palsy and complex special aid at Klaipėda School of The attitude to the compex special aid of children with cerebral palsy parent's and specialists.Extraordinary Education. 11 pupils with cerebral palsy, their patents and 10 specialists of Klaipėda School of Extraordinary Education have taken part in the research. In the empirical part of the work the concept of children’s cerebral palsy, possibilities and peculiarities of their education and development as well as family and specialist cooperation possibilities while developing children with cerebral palsy have been analyzed. The most important empirical conclusions that have been drawn are: 1. After evaluation of functional abilities of pupils with cerebral palsy it was discovered that the pupils’ functions of body motion are limited in most cases. Most pupils with cerebral palsy have low independent skills and abilities. 2. In parents’ view the conditions for education and development of children with cerebral palsy are good and efficient at the school. The specialists of extraordinary education are of the opinion that all the conditions at school are favourable for providing necessary complex aid for the children with cerebral palsy. 3. Parents and specialists’ attitude towards the complex aid provided at Klaipėda School of Extraordinary Education is positive, though some parents agree that they do not take part in the process of education and development of their child. 4. The results of the research denied the hypothesis. Parents and specialists’ attitude towards special aid is positive. Parents are interested in the process of education of children with cerebral palsy; still they themselves take a passive part in the process.
