The master paper provides definitions of wage and its determinant factors, analyses and structures the models of different forms and wage functions provided in theory by Lithuanian and foreign authors. Also, different determinant factors and methods influencing wage differentiation, which help to estimate the level of differentiation, are provided. The deep analysis of wage distribution in the country according to various factors was done, and the correlation links were estimated. The possibilities of wage differentiation were evaluated, too. The formulated hypothesis proved that in some cases the wage differentiation based on some factors is not adequate, that is, there is no fair wage distribution in the country. |
