State and SC Lithuanian Railways in the transport sector will address the interaction of labor shortages and the company's personnel policies and basic principles of personnel management processes, and to define and describe them to the company. Staff are managed in accordance with justice, prudence, fairness, and equality for all company employees. It also will set government policy and assess SC Lithuanian Railways' role in the economy, evaluate the role of the state regulation of the transport market, their cooperation and integration in the European railways and other transport industries' market opportunities. This work led to the preparation of a changing labor, free market competition, rapid and innovative solutions to the need for growing the company and the contractual nature of competition. The significant freight and passenger volumes should increase and new programs will require governmental funds (investment grants, but also \"indirect costs 'such as loans and loan guarantees) for execution. The aim is to use the company's strength - highly skilled, hard-working, loyal and reliable employees. A Master's thesis would include the company's staff analysis, forecasts, management processes, training of personnel and payroll system of the SC \"Lithuanian Railways\" under existing state laws and compliance with state policy. All state or SC Lithuanian Railways' existing laws and rules pertaining to their mandate and responsibilities, will have appropriate organizational structures. This study analyzes public policy, State legal documentation, laws and ordinances to help ensure the success of AB \"Lithuanian Railways' activities. State and SC Lithuanian Railways Cooperation as one of the strategically important transport branches of the railway, requires the raising of maintenance personnel policies. State and SC Lithuanian Railways' role in society is to make a direct impact on the ability to attract and retain talented people in the public sector and create employment opportunities and career development. Effective government policy and the success of SC Lithuanian Railways administration reform, will aid public administration in implementing the objectives and priorities in relation to the requirements of the times and new trends. |
