This master’s thesis establishes the features of teachers’ loyalty to general education schools. It includes the analysis of tutors’ loyalty to the organisations concept and essentiality, importance to modern schools, grading methods and possibilities, also the ways in which the encouragement of loyalty increases. Following the preparation of research methods, using empirical studies, the general education of teachers’ loyalties to their organisations were assessed. The results of these studies identified the problems of staff loyalty to organisations as well as formulating possibilities to solve these issues. The first hypothesis of the study (the dedication of the general education schools teachers is mostly increased under these factors: gratifying work, career opportunities, satisfying salary) is partially approved. |
