Abstract [eng] The theoretical analysis showed that the restoration of voice after removal operation of the larynx is an important thing in the range of methods and complexity of procedures. It is important patient’s communication quality with staff, specialist and the locals. This aspect significantly improves the effectiveness of restore the voice quality. The hypothesis was formulated, that the conditional restoration of voice using reflex method is more effective. It was used questionnaire method of the study. Care professionals were included in the study as well. In the study were included four respondents (men) who arrived to Rehabilitation centre “Baltija” for the voice restoration procedures. All respondents were carried out after removal operation of the larynx. Their age ranged from 61 to 79 years old. The study was also attended by four nurses who work in this rehabilitation centre. The empirical results analyzed in a qualitative method of analysis. It was examined status of the respondents after surgery, the communication modes and diversity; nutritional qualities, emotional state. It was estimated an assistance of the relatives, in the process of restore of the voice; entry to the rehabilitation center justification; used a complex method for the voice restoration; a period during which the respondents began to pronounce voiced sounds; trying to figure out the other possible ways of reproducing the voice; opinion of the respondents about the process of restoration of the voice.
