Abstract [eng] In the Master’s Work there are looked into Carrer options for preschool teachers in apsect of Qualification advanced training. The purpose of work analysis of pre-school teachers' career patterns and changes in training needs. Trying to attain one's purpose I provided for such goals: Discuss the concept of career, career choices and the reasons for the motivation; educator activities to highlight the specificity of pre-school educational institution; find pre-school teachers' professional development needs; sources on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical study makes recommendations pre-school teacher career development opportunities. Hypothesis: It is likely that different ages pre-school teachers' approach to career to another. Most teachers develop skills or plans to do so in the future. The facts of research corroborated the hypothesis. Different ages pre-school teachers' attitude towards different careers, most teachers improve their qualifications or will do so in the future, indicating the in-service training needs. It appears that education and training benefits both the individual and the pre-primary education because it helps to find different solutions to problems, increase the value of their working lives. It also strengthens the worker's confidence, creates a better prospect for career development. Empirical research corroborates, that teacher qualifications are motivated and ensure the required standards are maintained.
