This paper provides the analysis of the Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature. It presents the overview of the village communities' project activity. It singles out the advantages and peculiarities as well as practical application. This paper discusses the peculiarities of the village communities and analyses what problems they face. It outlines the analysis of implemented projects based on the integrated trial strategies and meant to improve the living quality in Joniškis region municipality village's inhabited territory. The paper analyses the opinion of Joniškis region village communities' members and leaders about the obstacles and stimulating factors encouraging the participation in the project activity. |
