When the life is going so fast, the technologies become more perfect, learning become very important. It’s very important to get new knowledge’s and the skills because having of one profession does not guarantee a job for all life. Wishes to be fast as the time and new technologies stimulate lifelong learning. Object of research. The learning programs and the methods that are used in the learning center of Siauliai labor market. Research purpose. To explore Siauliai labor market learning center learning programs possibilities, of the lifelong learning for assures. In research was made science literature's analysis and the laws analysis, which regulate lifelong learning and labor market. Was collected the information about the activity of the labor market. Was made the content analysis of 47 Siauliai labor market learning center learning programs. The research methodology was made, by using the theory of phenomenology (Beresneviciene, 1995), humanism theory (Maslow, 2006) and postmodernism theory (S. de Freitas ir kt., 2006). The research shows, that some of Siauliai labor market learning center learning programs use the methods of lifelong learning. But used methods is more like traditional methods, they don't need the special technologies. In the work there are three chapters: 1. The theoretical aspects of lifelong learning. Was striving to find out which forms and methods is using in lifelong learning, what kind of laws regulate lifelong learning. The main learning forms are formal unformal and informal. Methods: distance learning, e learning, method “face to face”, distance learning, together with “face to face”, combine theoretical and practical learning. There are a lot of different laws and statutes in Lithuanian Republic, which regulate lifelong learning. 2. The aspects of labor market activity. Was elucidated the functions of Lithuanian and Siauliai labor market learning offices. Established that main purpose is lifelong learning ideas realization, and one of spheres is professional learning. 3. The connections between lifelong learning and learning programs of Siauliai labor market learning center. Exploring, what kind of programs are preparing in the Siauliai labor market learning center, how programs correspond the election of lifelong learning. Is organizing the 47 learning programs. Is using methods such like “face to face”, distance learning, together with “face to face”, theoretical and practical learning combine. Is not using Distance learning and e learning. |
