The main subject of the present Master’s Thesis is investigation of Baltic States trade market and change tendency of new trucks, and to evaluate competitive ability of DAF trucks in this market. In introductory part of Master’s Thesis is presented main purpose and goals, described object of investigation. Also in this part shortly is defined trucks market of Baltic States region, evaluated tendencies of transport companies, presented cognitive information about DAF Trucks N.V. Master thesis consists in three parts – theoretical, problem analyzing and analytical. In theoretical part is presented analysis of scientific literature and evaluation methods of competitive market. In problem analyzing part is presented question of competitive ability of DAF trucks and main criteria. In analytical part of Master’s Thesis is presented grounding of research criteria and method. Also analyzing trucks market and its peculiarity in Baltic States, activities and possibilities of representatives and dealers of trucks manufacturers. Conclusions and recommendations of Master’s Thesis how to improve competitive ability of DAF trucks in Baltic States market are presented in the end part. There are 67 pages,13 tables and 14 pictures in the Master thesis. |
