The above mentioned master’s work deals with the problems of work stress and managerial staff. An extensive study of foreign and Lithuanian scientific theories in this field has been made here to analyze the theoretical materials of work stress and managerial leadership. In order to determine the interrelations between stress at work and managerial leadership the author assesses Plc Lietuvos pastas department according to 204 aspects. The level of work stress and the managerial leadership has been investigated at every section of the central post office department. The data obtained during the empirical research was compared with the standard statistics. The correlations between work stress and managerial leadership has been revealed in this work. The author framed hypothesis that work stress is mostly influenced by the possession of formal power is confirmed only at some point. |
