Abstract [eng] This Master’s Thesis approaches the main aspects of strategic management, strategic management in the context of organisation activity development, information management as well as analyses and systematises theoretical and legal peculiarities of the registration of immovable property. The Internal and External Factor Evaluation as well as SWOT analysis has been carried out in order to reveal the strategic priorities in activity development of the State Enterprise “Centre of Registers”. Empirical investigation based on the methods of document analysis and expert survey has been completed with respect to activities of the Tauragė branch of the State Enterprise “Centre of Registers” as well as possibilities of development of such activities. Eight representatives were involved in the expert survey, namely, seven employees of the Tauragė branch of the State Enterprise “Centre of Registers” and one notary practicing in Tauragė city. All the involved experts have a higher university education. Activity analysis of the State Enterprise “Centre of Registers” in Lithuania and its branch in Tauragė has been conducted. The following strategic priorities in activity development of the Tauragė branch of the State Enterprise “Centre of Registers” have been defined and based on the results of the survey: 1) Improvement of quality of customer service in the Tauragė branch of the State Enterprise “Centre of Registers” by the means of expansion of the spectrum of electronic services; 2) Benefits of the Public E-services for Immovable Property Contracts as well as elimination of its defects. The conclusions and recommendations for the development of activities of the State Enterprise “Centre of Registers” have been presented.
