The final master thesis try analyse the problematical aspects of vocational school’s (Joniškis, Kelmė, Pakruojis, Radviliškis, Šiauliai) 2005-2010 years graduates entrenchment in the labor market. To this purpose, analysed the theoretical aspects of vocational school's graduates entrenchment in the labor market, done opinions research of vocational school's graduates and employers, represented findings and recommendations to increase graduates entrenchment chances. Analysed of vocational school’s graduates the position profession achieve topics, finded graduates entrenchment level and determined basic causes of entrenchment in the labor market. Identified the basic problematical aspects of vocational school's graduates entrenchment in the labor market. The adopted hypothesis, that the graduates who chose to acquire a profession, because he wanted to become professionals in their field and work in better paid jobs, are working in the profession. Only partially confirmed the hypothesis, stating that the vocational school’s graduates have profession which is needed in the labor market and most of them find job to this profession. |
