In master thesis the peculiarities of diffraction and spread of unstable resonators beams formed by terminal super-Gaussian throughput profile mirror are investigated quantitatively. Aperture, limited of diffraction of Gaussian beam and diffraction of Gaussian beam entered through super-Gaussian throughput mirror in close and far-field are more widely investigated. |
