Abstract [eng] Organization activity environment changes fast, therefore organizations always need to forecast activity alterations and be ready to change management’s methods. There is hard enough for human to schedule all possible activity changes, because it takes a lot of time to do it. Accordingly, his activity turns inefficient, but meanwhile a computer makes this process faster, but decisions that he makes can be effectless. This problem could be solved by creating organization knowledge management information system, which could join knowledge of human and fast computer activity. Organization’s management changes would be more effective with it’s help. Object of the thesis: management of business knowledge. The aim of thesis: To create business knowledge management system based on value chain model. Tasks to carry out to reach a goal: 1. Analyze value chain model and it‘s modification‘s usage in the enterprise management. 2. Analyze and compare analogical methodology principles. 3. Verify availability of analogical methodology creating business knowledge management information system. 4. Project requirements for system by using value chain model, Use Case and work flow models. 5. Create enterprise management model which includes elements of value chain model, detailed value chain model, elementary management cycle and DoDAF. 6. Create principle scheme of enterprise management system. 7. Create prototype of enterprise management system. After analogical methodologies analysis was decided to use detailed value chain model, work flow model, Use Case model and the technical architecture profile of DoDAF when creating enterprise management model. Also resources, requirements of users and knowledge of experts are included. Enterprise management principle scheme and its prototype was successfully created and tested by using MS Access database. In total there are 45 pages including 29 schemes and pictures, 7 tables in the thesis.
