Abstract [eng] In a society, having many complex social problems, professionals working in a child care home face many difficulties, because they have to work with the problematical children, having difficult past, mostly negative socialization experience that is why it is necessary to search for optimal solutions to ensure the specialists’ professional success working in a child care home. The theoretical analysis of professional success determining factors is carried out in the work. There is raised the hypothesis that specialists’ working in a child care home professional success determine the harmony of internal and external environment factors. The object of the research – the modeling of professional success of the specialists working at child care home. The goal of the research – to identify the factors of the modeling of the specialists - social educators and social workers working in a child care home professional success. There are performed the quantitative and qualitative researches in the work. The method of data collection is applied in the quantitative research – a survey in writing, using a semi-structured questionnaire. The questionnaire survey method is used to study the modeling possibilities of social educators and social workers working in a child care home professional success by the aspects of age, work experience and education. The sample of the survey – 203 specialists. The data are processed using SPSS computer program, descriptive statistical methods, the significance of the attribute is determined using Chi – square test, statistical significance is assessed at p ≤ 0,05. There is used the data collection method – semi-structured interview in the qualitative research. The sample of the survey – 15 educators and social workers working in a child care home. The data are processed using traditional qualitative data management and analysis processes: transcription, paraphrasing, conceptualization, categorization, empirical generalization.
