SUMMARY In these times rapidly developing computer technologies are used not just for improvements on products, but also for business process coordination. Process and operation coordination information system becomes topical part of each progressive company, ensuring effective manufacturing, quality development, customer’s loyalty, strong positions in the market and continuous growth. The purpose of this paper is to propose and to research company operation coordination model, using which is possible to register, analyze and correct deviation from company’s processes. To achieve this purpose, theoretical studies, the research of integrated enterprise resource planning systems, proposed operation coordination information system model, model structure, functions, complete empirical study of model and to present conclusions are provided. Research methodology used in this study: experimental research, including collection of necessary empirical data and comprehensive analysis. Also in this study is provided study of scientific literature, comparative study of integrated IS, development of conceptual model, modeling of system structure and functions, software development. The results of this paper could be successfully used for the creation of new enterprise resource planning systems. Model proposed in the second part of the paper could be implemented in companies which use Microsoft Business Solutions – Navision. In summary received, that operation coordination IS performs information, coordination, correction, search, control, data comparison, reasons of defects origin explication and data storing functions. The significance of these functions motivates the necessity of analyzed system and the topicality of MBA . Created model is universal, functional, could be successfully adopted in many other production outfits. After the accomplishment of experimental research there are results, that the biggest part of nonconformities posted during research period are first level nonconformities, which don’t cause many financial losses. The nonconformity quantity entered monthly approximates the average, but still we can see the increase of registered nonconformities, when the manufacturing load increases. Analyzed IS useful, timely and effective, using this system is possible to coordinate processes, reduce the quantity of nonconformities causing financial losses. The amount of this paper is 67 pages, 5 tables, and 35 pictures.
