Abstract [eng] One of the most important categories of criminal law - criminal responsibility and the forms of its realization - has been investigated in this master's theses. A new criminal code that has recently come into force, which includes a new institution of penal means, a renewed system of punishment and other institutions related to the conception of criminal responsibility, has predetermined the importance of the topic. For the presentation of the conception of criminal responsibility, the definitions of the criminal responsibility given in the literature of law have been investigated, a standpoint concerning the starting point of criminal responsibility as well as the basics of prosecution have been discussed. The conception of criminal responsibility both in legal and philosophic aspect has been analysed, as well. In the theses, the forms of the implementation of criminal responsibility, both with and without the punishment, have also been discussed. For this purpose, the institutions both of punishment and previous conviction, the impact of penal measures imposition (educative - on minors) and the relation of these measures to the criminal responsibility, and also the institution of compulsory medical measures have been analysed. In the concluding part of the master's theses, the conclusions about the criminal responsibility and its implementation forms are presented.
