Abstract [eng] Purpose of work is to define the main factors influencing subjective well being and indexes of SC “Lietkabelis” employees’ satisfaction. There are theoretical and empirical parts. At theoretical part there are defined main theories of subjective well being and it’s forming factors. The object and methods. During the research there were 100 inquired employees of SC “Lietkabelis” and two questionnaires used: Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire and Positive and Negative Affect Scales. As the data of the research shows employees satisfaction is low (2.67). The biggest satisfaction which meets employees expectations is intercourse with core workers, job position doesn’t contradict with moral values, conviction that job done contributes to social wellness, usability of skills at work. The least confident employees feel about payment for the job done, companies politics and practices, future safety of the company and working place. Research also showed that the bigger employee’s satisfaction with work concerns bigger index of positive and negative emotional scale.
