Master's work shows the public-private partnerships (hereinafter - the PPP) and the theoretical aspects of the analysis carried out in PPP the Siauliai city municipality. The paper analyzed the ratio of PPP, the concept and features, forms, advantages and application problems. PPP provides state of Lithuania during the period of economic hardship and providing opportunities for cooperation. The development of research methodology and the data obtained after analysis, it was estimated the public and private sector representatives to the PPP approach and the potential features of the city of Siauliai. In summary, studies by the SWOT analysis, which allowed the identification of the main problems of PPP Crosses and provide problem-solving capabilities. |
