This Master’s work analyzes the state budget revenue and expenditure planning and economic development in theoretical aspects. It contains the classical theory of taxation, the typology of the income tax principles, the Lithuanian tax system. The paper examines public spending on the essence of the principles of classification and its impact on the economy. It considers the budget deficit problem. The thesis contains of the analysis of the state budget revenues and expenses for the period 2005-2010. The analysis covers dynamic on state income and structure of the tax income, also analyses tax burden. Work examines budget expenditure dynamic and structure threw productivity point. It covers state budget deficit and debt. The income and expenditure of Lithuania budget are compared between European Union countries. At the end of thesis are conclusion and recommendations. |
