The master dissertation analyses a small business productivity and quality improvements and investigation from the theoretical point of view. The aim of the work is – to create methodises of a small business work productivity and quality improvement. The goals of the work: to analyse factors of productivity and quality from the theoretical point of view; to start progressive modern principles of business work, to create methodises of a small business work productivity and quality improvement. Business analysis of productivity and quality was done in Zenlita Ltd. Analysis of scientific literature opened that modern business uses different methods how to reduce costs of their work by using modern technologies in producing its goods, use innovative methods of production. Service companies seek to make their services simpler by using modern technologies and creating electronic nets of communication. Analysis of Zenlita Ltd proved that this enterprise is able to seek for productivity and quality improvement by creating a remote meter system, which could save management costs, reduce numbers of labour and to do more work at shorter time. Seeking for quality at Zenlita Ltd, modern water meters, should be used, which have EU certifications. To increase the quality of service, the enterprise will create electronic data bank, which could be exchanged with customers and caterers. The enterprise seeks to be accredited and receive the ISO certificate until September 1st. |
