Aim of the Final Work is to identify problems at parishes in Skuodas District Municipality and to present the activity development perspectives. Analysis of results of the qualitative survey revealed that recently changes in the structure of parishes’ posts were observed, such as the reduce number of employees, elimination of some posts; lack of employees is experienced in parishes, offers appear to establish new posts in parishes. Results of questionnaire revealed that community members are partially active upon participation in the community activity, appeal to junior foremen for help due to general village and social problems. |
