The chosen analysis is based on the insights of Lithuanian and scientists authors that inter-institutional collaboration is an important factor for satisfying the provisions of new public management, ensuring the existence of quality inter-institutional communications in local self-government, integrating and implementing the aims of different entities for developing public welfare. Legislative documents and state documents, demonstrating that inter-institutional communication remains a priority task of the state are analysed in the Master's thesis. |
