The object of this master‘s thesis – seniority, their career expectations and fulfilment. The aim of this thesis was to analyse the career opportunities of seniority, determine their career expectations and fulfilment. In pursuance to define the seniority career expectations and their fulfilment, research literature, academic documents and journalistic articles have been analysed. The stated hypothesis of this master‘s thesis was confirmed – the expectations of seniority are very ordinary, based on providing the most necessary things for living; the expectations confirm only if seniority continue their career in the same workplace they had worked before becoming pensioners and their expectation fulfilment is related to favourite activities, hobbies and additive practices which help to add some extra earnings to the pension. Based on the investigation that was made, it can be stated that seniority career expectations are very basic and it‘s fulfilment is related to their hobbies and favourite activities. |
