Let s be a complex variable, alpha from the interval (0;1], be a fixed parameter, and let zeta(s) and zeta(s;alpha) denote the Riemann and Hurwitz zeta-function, respectively. It is well known that the functions zeta(s) and zeta(s;alpha ) with transcendental parameter are universal in the sense that their shifts zeta(s + it) and zeta(s+it; alpha) approximate any analytic function. . In the master work, we consider the universality of a composite function F(zeta(s); zeta(s;alpha )). |
