Master's thesis are developed a strategic quality management system, electricity supply problems, analyse and systematize the various Lithuanian and foreign authors' theoretical and practical quality of public sector strategic management aspects of the quality management techniques, revealed users satisfaction factors, the quality assessment criteria. There is detailed analysis of the supply of electric power project development and implementation situation in the region of Klaipeda. Carried out the regulations of the Republic of Lithuania and their affect to the supply of electric power projects of strategic quality management and analysis. There is an author‘s created and to the customer-oriented supply of the electric power project development and implementation of Klaipeda‘s region strategic quality management process and to customer-oriented supply of the electric power project development and implementation the scheme. The author formulated the research hypothesis using studies that the main supply of the electric power projects of strategic management is a priority the orientation to the customer. |
