The work is based theoretically and practically factors, which determine public and private sectors partnership seeking positive results. Formulated concept partnership, represented types of partnerships, strategies, principles and various forms of partnership‘s development. Definable demand of partnership and degree of risk division. Made survey of public and private institutions sectors in Mažeikiai district let us not only familiarize with opinion and estimation about sectors partnership of this institutions but also to highlight and assess public and private partnership development opportunities and prospects, as well as the effectiveness of these institutions. The researches showed that institutions of public and private sectors institutions seeking for effective public and private sectors partnership management should develop a implementation of concession and other new forms of partnership, match to the public interest seeking for public involvement in the partnership, deal with administrative and legal issues related to public administration system inflexibility and unreadiness to partnership with the private sector, to develop relationships with private institutions reaching to enhance common activities efficiency and confidence of the public sector. |
