The present master's thesis examines the core theoretical issues of wages: the wages framework is established, the basic function of wages are analyzed, the influential factors of an increase in wages are distinguished and systematized, assessmant models of tasks and positions are evaluated, the key aspects of wages differentiation are disclosed and models, forms and systems of wages are discussed. Thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the wages framework of the enterprise group "Splius" with a focus on the estimation technique of the basic wages. Projects the strategies for improvements in the estimation technique of the basic wages in the interprise group "Splius" which should be based on the assessment of positions and estimation of wages in accordance with methodology prepared by the Institute of Labour and Social Research. The last section also introduces variations in the level of the basic wages within the enterprise group "Splius" upon application of the above mentioned methodology. |
