This master’s thesis deals with problems of strategic management according balanced scorecard, higher education. It analyses and systemizes theoretical and practical research about strategic management, balanced scorecard creation and implementation, higher education aspects. The work presents a detailed analysis of pros and cons of higher education and strategic management in Europe, Lithuania and Šiauliai University Social Sciences Faculty. It presents a strategic management system of Šiauliai University Social Sciences faculty - balanced scorecard and strategic map. The scientific hypothesis was proved: it is purposeful for Šiauliai University Social Science Faculty to develop the performance of strategic management according Balanced Scorecard system and vision at the level of strategic goals following the Balanced Scorecard system and strategic mapping. |
