To successfully integrate the unemployed into the labor market and warned about the dismissal of workers leaving the labor exchange organized trainings, important not only to determine the effectiveness of vocational training and labor market needs and develop recommendations for the improvement of vocational training to employers' needs, as well as new effective vocational training programs. The aim of the study - to analyze the organization of the adult education situation in Siauliai and Radviliskis employment agencies and identify areas for improvement. In order to realize the overall objective of the work and tasks for the following methods: 1. The scientific literature and document analysis. 2. Survey. 3. Structured interviews. 4. Data processing using SPSS 12.0 for Windows software. The study found that the Lithuanian Labor Exchange for adult vocational training does not meet the objectives of the Lithuanian Republic Law on Vocational Training for the vocational training goals. To help a person to acquire skills and competencies in line with modern science, technology, economics and culture and help him settle and compete in a changing labor market that guarantee the country's economic progress, international competitiveness and sustainable development need to improve educational quality, updated content, creating comprehensive framework within which to benchmark customer needs, opportunities, strengthen costs. |
