The aim of the master work is to investigate the abilities of formatting educational organizations in Skuodas town. The work presents the essence and importance of image for an organization, gives the classification of general image types, analysis the image subjects and formation models of an educational organizations. The results of empirical and qualitative investigation showed how important is the image of Skuodas town schools to contact audience, revealed the most important factors and means for choosing a school and creating a positive image. The survey of competition among schools was carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of ever Skuodas school were brought to life and recommendations for every school concerning the image formation and maintenance were formed. |
