Abstract [eng] In the social attitude general and educational authoritarianism of teachers is a deeply denied, negative phenomenon, as a teacher is agent of socialization, who is able to communicate behaviour models to the young generation. Eventually, a teacher with authoritarian attitudes usually organizes namely authoritarian education, which is low-effective (Gribaciauskas, 2002). As an opposite to authoritarian education, the idea of humanistic-pedocentric education, considered to be one of the most appropriate pedagogical attitudes, is analyzed and presented in literature. However, speaking of sport education, we may state that not many researches are made, which would reveal whether it may be applied in this field, where the main aim is not only education of a personality, but also a sport result, which for the most part depends on sportsman’s motivation level, and this mostly depends on personality and competence of a coach. Object of research. The interaction of young sportsmen’s motivation to sport with educational attitudes of a couch. Research hypothesis. It is presumptive that there is a consistency between some couches’ educational attitudes and inner motivation of pupils. Aim of research. To ascertain whether there is a consistency between young sportsmen’s motivation for sport and educational attitudes of couches. The volume and organization of research: 134 young sportsmen and 6 their couches participated in the research. Research was made in three stages: in the first scientific literature was analyzed, in the second a questionnaire poll of sportsmen and couches was made, in the third received results were processed, tables, pictures were drawn and conclusions were made. Theoretical and practical significance of the work: research provides knowledge of expression about sportsmen’s motivation for sport and its correlations with educational couches’ attitudes. Having made a research and analyzed received results, we may state that authoritarian couch’s personality makes more influence and positive effect on inner motivation than a couch, more inclined to humanistic education. This partly contradicts to the opinion, being formed in contemporary educology that humanistic-pedocentric pedagogics is more acceptable for education, which essence is not a concrete received result, but a process of study itself, which induces revealing of child’s inner abilities. However, sport activity supposedly is such a specific field, where relatively minor educational authoritarianism may be useful wanting to keep discipline in sport exercises and to motivate the trainees.
