The consumers of dance popularization centre and the service of informal artistic activity all could be named as adults‘inner self-expression. The theorerical supply of ones demands in informal artistic background sphere is based on model of management of the activity‘s quality. According to the regularity of education management quality it could be claimed that one of the most important factors is the management problems‘ anglysis of educational institutions as well as to talk about the general regularity of the working organizations: they are the backgrounds, the workers‘motivation, the management and the organizational changes and the teachers motivation problems. The activity of dance popularization centre is very similar to other educational institutions. In such institutions the quantity and the quality arguments are equal important. It could be said that the quality parametres are even more important as the cetre is concerned about consumers‘ self –expression realization. The system‘s management quality of dance popularization centre is being implemented as separate combination. The most important thing here is income, the number of participants, the centre‘s external communication culture in order to attract more potential participants. In this case the consumers‘ analysis of self realization becomes just a matter of themselves. The aim of the work is to find out if it is possible to cope with the quality of dance popularization centre by analysing participants‘ demand of self-realization. And if it is so, in what way it could be done? The object of the work – the managing modelling quality of the dance popularization centre.the task to solve – to ground theoretically the managing modelling quality of the dance popularization centre analysing particapants‘ demand of dance popularization centre; to analyse in the experiental way to know the particapants‘ demand of dance popularization centre. According to the survey did (quantative and qualitative) the main factors choosing such kind of activity was the opportunity to relax, to feel the emotional and (or) physical strain as well as to gain new experience and knowledge. Moreover, some participants are interested in keeping their body in shape and (or) it‘s the way of spare time they have chosen. Using the survey material lets us to concretize, the proplematic parapetres of Dance popularization centre and assess them by applying general quality estimating model. Experimenting this model it found out that in order to get results quality assesment model must be adopting progressively, developing the skills of dialogue culture and involving participants in making decisions. |
