Master's work analyze various Lithuanian and foreign authors marketing strategies formulation and management theoretical aspects. Also, have been made a comprehensive marketing analysis of environmental factors, discussed market segmentation, target market selection, positioning strategy and marketing elements of the strategy, described necessity of marketing assessment and strategic control. Was estimated the most important marketing strategies of Siauliai University: pricing policies, improvement of studing programs depended of student needs, support strategies, which particularly make affects on consumers. Using questionnaire was conducted a survey of Siauliai University students in order to assess students needs, expectations, behavioral characteristics. To find out an expert opinion about Siauliai University, using method of interview was questioned Rector of University V. Lauruška. |
