The aim of the master's thesis is to assess company X's supply chain risk and process management and integrate a digital solution to increase process efficiency. The thesis comprises four main sections. The first defines the concept of risk management and evaluation methods in modern organizations, considering the needs of supply chain management. The second analyzes the factors of supply chain digitization and the application of the latest technologies in the processes of digital transformation. The third presents the main research methods, including the application of the SCOR methodology and the use of AnyLogic software for preparing a simulation model for the analyzed company. The fourth section provides an empirical study that identifies gaps in the efficiency of the analyzed company's supply chain management and defines risks. The research proposes a solution to enhance supply chain efficiency and risk management an order management simulation model capable of evaluating potential project performance indicators. Literature analysis revealed that modern companies face significant uncertainty in supply chain processes, which are becoming increasingly complex, leading to the emergence of new risks. As consumer expectations rapidly change, digitalization is a crucial factor in the supply chain, optimizing operations and enabling data-driven strategic decisions. The author's study focused on analyzing the supply chain management of Company X. The analysis applied the SCOR supply chain management model, calculating order management efficiency indicators based on order fulfillment. The results indicated inefficiencies in the company's order management process. To improve results, a process management scheme was developed along with a digital simulation model recommended for enhancing operational efficiency.
