Abstract [eng] Companies starting to adopt agility and innovation in their operations face a huge number of challenges. Agility is based on such assumptions as having competent, creative and willing to cooperate team members, having an easily cooperative client, and being able to divide work into small steps and go in stages. The object of the study is the main aspects of organizational agility. The purpose of the work: To analyze the identified influence of IT factors on the agility of organizations in the presence of environmental uncertainty. Job tasks: Perform analysis of scientific literature; Find IT factors that influence organizational agility in the face of environmental uncertainty; Choose the right method for data selection for research; Choose an appropriate method to analyze the collected data. Perform the analysis of the received data. Prepare the conclusions and proposals of the conducted research. Working methods: Analysis of scientific theoretical literature. Questionnaire. Theoretical analysis and synthesis During the empirical study, five hypotheses were put forward, H1: Interpersonal management skills have a positive influence on perceived organizational agility; H3: IT technical capabilities have a positive effect on organizational agility; H4: Technology management opportunities have a positive influence on organizational agility; H2: The awareness of business personnel has a positive influence on organizational agility, it was confirmed; H5: In a changing environment, human IT resources have a greater positive impact on organizational agility compared to technological IT resources. The conducted study showed that all the hypotheses were confirmed, since not only human resources are important for organizational agility, but also the implemented technologies.
