The factors of business analytics culture become especially crucial for banks, their employees, and even customers, considering that the banking sector is one of the largest data generators in business and encompasses a spectrum of multicultural organizations where diverse cultures prevail. The master's thesis consists of three main parts: a literature review, analysis of results obtained during qualitative and quantitative research, and final conclusions of the study. The literature part dealt with the concept, essence and main characteristics of business analytics that it gives. Different cultures and their terms – Business Analytics Culture, Information Culture, organizational culture-were also reviewed. The literature review also talked about the main human and technological factors of business analytics culture, which influence not only the development of business analytics culture in the bank, but also the satisfaction of information needs. Business information needs, their importance and the characteristics of meeting information needs in the business environment are also examined. Also, from this study, it was possible to create a broader and more detailed picture of the existence of the culture of business analytics and its factors in the organization, as well as the identification of information needs. The next research conducted was a questionnaire survey of employees. The questionnaire consisted of 16 questions. The questions were answered by 102 respondents working in the same bank, who are closely related to business analytics. The results obtained from the research questionnaire were statistically processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics program and Microsoft Excel. In order to identify the main factors of the culture of business analytics, ANOVA tests were performed, the correlation method and descriptive statistics were chosen to determine the relationship. At the end of the research, the data obtained were summarized and presented in the conclusions, along with insights from the scientific literature.
