Abstract [eng] This work provides information product evaluation possibilities exercising purchaser’s glance direction. Performing the analysis of science literature revealed that many of the quality criteria are subjective, therefore this work defines objective information product evaluation criteria, which could be verified exercising glance direction. The rules on information product quality evaluation were designated and based on glance direction pathways. The glance direction experiments were recorded exercising glance direction control system EyeGaze by LC Technologies, Ltd. The experimental research was conducted with four randomly chosen websites. After performing the experiment it was determined that the course of the glance provides with the opportunity to analyze purchaser’s behaviour objectively. Fixations and their durations can display the areas where the purchasers glanced longer and if they noticed what we wanted them to notice. The scatter of course pathways on the display informs about the subject’s wandering. The research confirms that the provided methods are effective means for information product quality evaluation and improvement and could be beneficial for information product developers determining its flaws and polish-able areas.
