Abstract [eng] Master's work dealt with theoretical motivation for the evaluation and improvement of aspects and is carried out in their empirical substantiation of Vilnius district school sports trainers model. Studies and their results in a Vilnius district school sports coaches and improving the assessment of motivation to study. In this study the data collection was selected quantitative survey method - questionnaire. 215 participated in the study of sports coaches in various sports cities in the Vilnius district schools. Questions submitted to the questionnaire consistent with the procedure. The questionnaire was drawn up based on the Likert scale, five points for the response system. Questionnaire submitted to the twenty claims that the respondent had to mark him the preferred option, the choice of: \"I fully disagree\", \"Partially disagree,\" \"neutral position\", \"Partly agree\", and \"fully agree\". Remaining questions 21 - 27 have helped to know gender, age, residence, sport, skill category, the number of working hours and education. The study was organized in three stages.
