Summary The subject of work is actual because outsourcing is new kind of activity. Also it is not researched and widespread. The goal of this work is to detrmine outsorcing problems and trends. Outsorcing is supposed to be used as busines strategy with the purpose to concentrate in to the core competences and to decrease the costs. This work describes outsorcing concept and its value in business suit. Also it was made analysis of the risk, and impact for whole business in Lithuania and in global market. The qlasification and levels were described. The concliusions and research of outsorcing problems and trend was based on qualitative analysis of event and on evaluation of experts as well. It was made a hypothesis from the begining – it exists great potential of outsourcing in Lithuania. After situations were investigated it was found that the friendly environment for ousourcing exist – good infrastructure, low labour costs, compare to the rest of the Europe, also high labour qualification. Based on work result we can understand ousourcing like very complicated combination of the conections. And it requires the planing, executing and managing. The mistakes in all those levels create risk to destroy the whole efficiency. The operation transfering to supplier and segmentation gives an advantage to decrease costs, but also it not helps increase incomes in the future. |
