Abstract [eng] Theoretical and practical aspects of the organizational culture are analysed in master's work. According to the analysis of Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature the essence of organizational culture, developing factors, position of the values and top manager’s place in organizational culture is revealed and diagnostic methods are presented in the work. Case study strategy is used in this work as the research object is the organizational culture of Northern Lithuania College, a private higher education institution. In order to assess the current organizational culture of the college quantitative and qualitative research methods were combined to carry out the five empirical studies. Main regulations on educational activities of the Republic of Lithuania and main performance documents of the organization were analysed. Analysis showed the dimensions through which organizational culture is reflected in managers, staff and student perspective at Northern Lithuania College. For comprehensive analysis of the problem the interview method was used to learn the opinions of college’s social partners that were added to the empirical results.
