Independence from others, increased independence, the ability to use electronic services themselves, increased communication and a reduction in isolation; integrating information communication technologies into social work with older people can increase their level of self-expression and self-confidence, promote independence and social contacts; the analysis of the data from the qualitative study has highlighted that social work is no longer becoming dependent on information communication technologies. Social workers and older people can achieve positive results by applying information and communication technologies in their lives and activities. |
