Abstract [eng] As the elements of the learning organisation are becoming more and more important in schools, and data-driven management is being developed, performance self-evaluation is becoming more and more relevant. The main challenges for evaluation relate to the proper collection and analysis of data, which can be facilitated by the development of digital tools. This need is reflected in the fact that schools are forced to save human and material resources, especially time. The strategic orientations of Lithuania, the European Union and the rest of the world are also geared towards digitalisation. Therefore, in the scope of this work, a digital tool is being developed to self-evaluate the quality of school performance. To achieve this aim, 4 objectives are formulated: 1. To analyse the model of the Quality self-evaluation of School Performance; 2. To identify the digital tools for organising the evaluation processes in schools; 3. To complement the School Performance Self-Evaluation Model with information systems management; 4. To develop a digital tool for school self-evaluation based on the identified criteria, in cooperation with customers and educational experts. Self-evaluation is an integral part of the school management cycle, followed by group reflection, an improvement plan and the improvement process itself. In this cycle, self-evaluation data is complemented by pupils' attendance, progress, external tests of pupils' achievements and other materials. The tools used by Lithuanian schools are designed to collect and process quantitative data through surveys. The Iqesonline Lithuania self-evaluation system, which operated in Lithuania from 2002 to 2021, was abandoned at national level due to an unsatisfactory price/quality ratio. Since 2022, schools mainly use Google Forms, Microsoft Forms to organise surveys and Microsoft Excel to analyse the data, but there is no single tool to self-evaluate the quality of school performance. The functionality of the tool was designed based on the analysis of the Iqesonline Lietuva software, the results of an exploratory study with education experts and self-evaluation consultants, and the methodological material prepared by the specialists of the School Performance Development Unit of the National Education Agency. The tool allows the school administrator to generate survey codes for teachers, students and their parents, view survey results in real time, calculate the survey sample, and obtain raw data for deeper analysis in other applications. The tool also includes an self-evaluation methodology and practical tips.
