| Abstract [eng] |
The master work was seeking to systemize theoretical material on strategic management in fulfilment of strategic development plans in municipalities. The explanation of aims and principles of public strategic planning were made. The conception and methodology of municipalities’ strategic planning were given. Also there were given the main aspects of strategic management development which were named in municipality strategic plans. The investigation of municipality strategic management development plan was held out and the hypothesis of the author was confirmed that the main not all priorities of strategic planning are fulfilled. Analyzing the answers of recipients it became obvious all three spheres of development are mentioned, the all three measures are fulfilled but there some changeable subjects which are worth to be paid attention to while creating plan for strategic development for years 2014-2020. |
