Abstract [eng] Theoretical analysis of the conception of intercommunication ethics of teachers and youths of fractionally disordered intellect was performed in this work. It is hypothesized that communication ethics of teachers determines education problems of youths of fractionally disordered intellect when training them for the professional career. The research was performed using questionnaire survey method. The objective of the research is to determine intercommunication peculiarities of vocational training centre teachers and youths of fractionally disordered intellect in the process of education. Statictical data analysis was performed. 100 vocational training teachers and 80 youths of fractionally disordered intellect participated in the research. Intercommunication opinions of teachers and youths of fractionally disordered intellect are analysed in the empirical part as well as what ethical valuables are followed by teachers when communicating with youths and what communication problems emerge to teachers and youths when intercommunicating. The most important empirical conclusions that were drawn are: 1. With reference to scientific literature analysis, it is possible to claim that pedagogical communication culture as well as the valuables of professional ethics of teachers determine the solution of education and communication problems when training the youths of fractionally disordered intellect for the professions. 2. Opinions of teachers and students about intercommunication coincide partially: teachers claim that relations among students and teachers are warm, friendly, tolerant, however, partially tolerant to others opinion. In students opinion, most teachers help them to solve conflics and personal problems, however, they are afraid to express their opinion at school. It is possible to claim that there is still a lack of tolerance to personality in intercommunication of teachers and youths of fractionally disordered intellect. Teachers take a condescending position more often rather than consultant-adviser or friend when communicating with the youths of disordered intellect. 3. In teachers opinion, personal features and pedagogical experience of teachers mostly determine attitudes to the youths of fractionally disordered intellect. When communicating with the youths of disordered intellect and training them for the professional career, teachers follow empathy and partnership which are important in education of disabled persons more rarely, they follow honesty, kindness, sensibility and heartiness more often. 4. The hypothesis was proved partially that communication ethics of teachers determine education problems of youths of fractionally disordered intellect when training them for the professional career.
